Planning and management of multiple construction projects, ensuring that these projects are completed on time and within budget
Ability to manage multiple project schedules
Assist in preparing proposals, developing contracts and Marketing efforts for the new project pursuits
Ensure engineering designs are compliant with current applicable state and local regulations
Collaboration with other outsourced project managers where necessary
Manage the implementation of all projects including scope, time, cost, procurement, communication, quality, cost management and stakeholders
Identify industry related sub-contractors, to include on project related work
Work with a team of project engineers and contractors
Manage site teams efficiently and manage discipline
Attend weekly site meetings
Perform coordination of service providers in order to successfully implement projects
Adequately plan and implement communication plans to aid project execution
Preparation of status reports that includes feasibilities and status of current projects, proposals and staffing needs
Continually monitor and report on the progress of the project/s
Close-Out: Ensure adequate close out of projects
Planning for any additional work required within the set timescales
Supplying information to resolve disputes, should they arise
Identifying areas for improvement in existing contracting processes
Contractual issues
The candidate needs to implement management systems, manage, and maintain HSE system ensuring the highest level of Safety is enforced. Manage and complete site registers and site diary.
Ensure that stock is controlled, and forward planning is done so the project isn't delayed
