Amazing opportunity exists for a marketing graduate who is wanting to broaden their knowledge and exposure in the digital marketing space. Get involed in a successful on line high-quality jewellry and apparel brand. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented co-ordinator to support clients growing TikTo shop program. In this role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from scheduling and product prep to moderating lives and maintaining product listings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys social content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to be part of an innovative e-commerce channel. Must be happy to work remotely. - Ideally based in Cape Town as there is potential for an office based role in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities
Shop Operations & Administrative Support
Schedule and title TikTok Lives through TikTok Live Manager, ensuring each session is optimized for visibility.
Confirm host availability and arrange coverage or replacements as needed.
Build and maintain live documentation (in ClickUp or similar), including themes, product lineups, and flash sale details.
Assist with product pinning, switching, and chat moderation during lives.
Clip and label highlight moments from TikTok Lives for reuse on social or internal sharing.
TikTok Shop
Managing creator messages in Affiliate Center;
Respond to creator messages, flagging important messages and notifying the team of potential new creator relationships.
Keep inbox organized and archive irrelevant messages/brand outreach messages.
Follow up with creators on posting timelines and reshipment needs.
Coordinate with operations/support if creators report product or shipping issues.
Answering creator inquiries about the brand.
Instagram & TikTok
Respond to DMs (general inbox & relevant message requests).
Reply to comments on PAVOI posts
Engage with PAVOI tagged content
Proactive relationship building - support in engaging current & prospective network of influencers, affiliates, UGC creators, etc, to drive long-term relationships through social interaction.
Assist w/ influencer/affiliate/UGC outreach via socials as needed.
Identify and escalate high-value engagement opportunities
Monitor trends, opportunities, and conversations on socials to inform engagement/social strategies.
Effectively communicate brand voice through social interaction.
Product & Platform Maintenance
Manage Product PID sets and assist with ongoing maintenance (not in-studio).
Support SPS Score and CCR management to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
Help create and maintain Product IDs (PIDs) for new and existing listings.
Assist with PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization to ensure accurate visuals, descriptions, and pricing.
Monitor key shop health metrics (OVL, CCR, SPS Score) and flag potential issues early.
Surface recurring customer complaints or listing issues to the team and support documentation for appeals when needed.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance metrics (GMV, viewer duration, CTR, engagement) for each live.
Compile daily and weekly reports summarizing learnings and insights.
Share concise updates with the team through Slack or email.
Ad Support
Assist in managing TikTok ad logistics, including GMV Max, ACA, and Spark Code Collection as directed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Marketing degree
Ability to work remotely
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and collaborative platforms.
Proactive communicator who enjoys supporting multiple moving parts.
Interest in social media, jewelry, and e-commerce a plus.
Previous administrative or coordinator experience preferred but not required
Package & Remuneration
R25 000 to R35 000 depending on experience and exposure
