FMCG manufacturing company requires the services of a millwright (Electrical and mechanical – wiremans licence an advantage) to oversee maintenace, manage staff and get involved with production. Person must live in the Highway area.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hands on approach with sound mechanical & electrical knowledge
Oversee junior maintenance team
Managing all spares & stores relative to plant maintenance
Ensure full functionality of all manufacturing machines & equipment
Ensure machinery is kept at optimum output
Planned maintenance executed & improved
Execution and improvement of preventative maintenance
Electrical & mechanical overhauls
Ensure mechanical & Electrical breakdowns are attended to promptly as to minimise downtime
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualified Millwright (wiremans license an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
